1. Business Information
Onuora Menswear is operated by Onuora Abuah Enterprises Limited, a Nigerian-registered company (Company No. 9022032).
Payments may be processed by AEA Films Limited (UK) via Stripe on behalf of the brand.
2. Products
We offer menswear and related products. Some items may be handmade or produced in limited runs. Minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed in USD or GBP only
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Full payment is required before an order is confirmed
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
4. Orders
Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Responsibility for ensuring correct sizing, colour selection, and delivery details rests with the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or third-party logistics providers
- Risk passes to the customer once the item is dispatched
6. Returns & Refunds
- Made-to-order or customised items are non-refundable
- Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, text, and content are the intellectual property of Onuora Menswear / Onuora Abuah Enterprises Limited.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in other jurisdictions.
