Our Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Ọnuọra purchase. If your item does not fit as expected, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Have all tags attached

What Is Not Eligible

• Worn garments
• Damaged items due to misuse
• Orders returned after 7 days

Exchange Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email first.
2. We will confirm exchange availability.
3. You return the item using the instructed address.
4. Replacement size is shipped once returned item is received.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

International customers must clearly mark returns as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid customs charges.
